Intimate or large gatherings are available, with use of Twin View Barn as either an indoor location for micro-weddings, small events or pre-wedding dressing space. The grounds offer many options for tent placement, with fire-pit and volleyball/badminton available for guest use.

Basics
Week-end rental, from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Includes outdoor venue with mountain views, basic 20x40 tent, 75 metal folding chairs, 10 circular “8-top” tables. restroom trailer for two, parking, 120 amp electrical service, barn for micro-weddings, dressing, kitchen (prep only), guest hangout and loft for couple’s two-night lodging, fire pit, volleyball and croquet.
No extra charge for rehearsal dinner use.

Basics + Lodging at Whitford House
Week-end rental, from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Includes everything in Basics for 75 guests plus 2-night stay in our beautifully-restored 18th-century farmhouse (sleeps three couples) in three charming bedrooms, with either Queen or King-size bed and private bathroom, and our luxurious, contemporary Guest House (sleeps one couple) with King-sized bed, living room, kitchenette and spacious bathroom with tiled shower and cast-iron tub.
